Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, develop and revise treatment goals with input from patients and families.
• Deliver physical therapy treatments, educate patients and families, and provide discharge instructions and referrals.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental protocols.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and professional attire; communicate with the care team.
• Participate in meetings, training, and process improvements; ensure safe, cost-effective material use and infection control.
• Deliver excellent customer service using AIDET principles and foster teamwork and a positive environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure and certifications.
