Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient ortho clinic in Northridge, CA. You will deliver high-quality therapy to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain, using evidence-based techniques and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in California.
• PT degree from an accredited program (DPT preferred).
• Current CPR certification and state-required registrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home care.
