Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic in Northridge, CA. The position offers Part-Time or Full-Time options with competitive pay between $40 and $55 per hour, plus pro-rated incentives based on productivity and location factors.

Ambient Listening Technology is used to streamline documentation, helping focus on patient care. You will assess, design, implement, and monitor treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with appropriate modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home programs.
