Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will assess, design, and supervise rehab plans while leveraging innovative tech to streamline documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and technologies and integrate them when appropriate.
• Adhere to Plan of Care and follow up with patients as needed.
