Qualifications

• Licensed PT in California.
• Doctorate/Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and relevant state regulatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation of patient progress.
