Qualifications

• A qualified faculty member meets the psychology discipline standard via one of two routes: earned master's or higher in psychology or related field, or
• 18 graduate semester hours in psychology-related courses, including statistics or research methodology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Utilize technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades, and required documentation.
• Engage with students regularly to promote learning and positive classroom experiences.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies that engage students.
