LifeFx is seeking a Testing Technician to support psychological and neurocognitive assessments by administering and scoring standardized tests, documenting observations, and creating a positive testing experience for clients.

Working under licensed psychologists, the technician will assist with assessments of cognitive abilities, attention, memory, and executive functioning across the lifespan, adapting communication to the client's needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in psychology, school psychology, social work, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Warm, professional interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Administer standardized psychological, cognitive, academic, attention, memory, and executive functioning assessments as assigned and permitted under supervision.
• Prepare clients for testing by explaining procedures within the scope of the technician role.
• Establish rapport and create a supportive testing environment.
• Observe and document relevant testing behaviors and responses.
• Record testing conditions, interruptions, and deviations from procedures.
• Score assessments using manuals and digital platforms and organize scoring summaries for supervisors.
• Complete scoring and documentation within established timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials and records.
• Prepare testing rooms, materials, and equipment before appointments.
• Welcome clients and communicate clearly with clients, parents, and team members.
