Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychometrist to support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring patient psychological and neuropsychological tests. You will create data summaries, provide behavioral observations, and maintain testing materials, improving objectivity and access to care.

The role requires a bachelor or master’s degree in psychology, with preferred counseling/testing experience, strong assessment skills, and solid MS Office abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Psychology or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience in counseling or testing preferred.
• Strong assessment skills highly preferred.
• Basic experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to make patients comfortable and enable best performance.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with numbers and data.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Inclusive and respectful toward diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments.
• Create test data summary tables.
• Provide detailed behavioral observations.
• Maintain and organize testing materials.
• Establish rapport with patients during evaluation.
• Interact with psychologists for supervision and reporting results.
• Schedule follow-up appointments as needed for psychologists.
• Transmit and collect test measures with patients or guardians.
• Address patient questions regarding test completion via email.
• Upload reports to patients and referral sources.
• Assist with maintenance of patient records.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
