Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) for a part-time role in Raleigh, NC, focused on behavioral health and medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities.

You will perform routine rounds, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care, promote wellbeing, and ensure continuity of treatment with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounds and ongoing mental health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Coordinate with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimize treatment plans.
• Promote a therapeutic environment and proactive, value-based care.
