Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct rounds, evaluate mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ well-being and continuity of care.

The role offers a part-time schedule with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and the opportunity to work with AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with residents, families, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in SNFs and senior living communities.
• Conduct routine patient rounds and ongoing management of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimized treatment plans.
