Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct routine rounds, assess mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.

This part-time role emphasizes proactive, value-based care, continuity with facility partners, and a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living facilities.
• Conduct routine rounds and evaluate/manage mental health conditions.
