Eventus WholeHealth is hiring a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver behavioral health and psychiatric medication management in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform patient rounds, assess mental health conditions, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional well-being.

The role emphasizes proactive, value-based care with a focus on continuity of care and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous professional patient care experience.
• Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
• Exceptional patient-centered service skills, including compassionate communication, active listening, professionalism, and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
• Perform routine patient rounding and ongoing mental health evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
• Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care and optimize treatment plans.
