Job summary

The National Proposal Team Intern at Forvis Mazars, LLP is a 20-hour-per-week role based in Springfield, Missouri. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Experience with writing, editing, research, or content organization is helpful.
• Interest in AI tools and content management is encouraged.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Organize, tag, and update reusable proposal content in content libraries and QorusDocs.
• Review content groups to flag outdated or duplicate materials.
• Support findability with consistent naming, tagging, and folder structure.
• Extract useful language and content from completed proposals using the SCAN process.
• Test QorusDocs workflows and AI-enabled tools; note clarity and improvements.
• Review Power BI report and suggest improvements.
• Document notes and light training materials for team use.
• Participate in team meetings on content strategy and knowledge management.
