Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a part-time Site Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned properties in the Southeast. You will manage rent collections, applicant screening, move-ins/outs, and property inspections while ensuring compliance with program rules and Fair Housing regulations.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with the ability to train staff, monitor expenses, and coordinate with housing authorities and clients to maximize performance and resident

Qualifications

• Education includes a High School Diploma or better and an Associate’s Degree.
• Experience in housing, administrative, or related business fields is expected.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Process applicant screenings and manage move-ins/outs per program rules.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and program policies.
• Inspect properties regularly and track maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with leadership, housing authorities, and clients; manage projects.
