Job summary

10 Federal is seeking a Part Time Property Operations Technician to ensure smooth operation and appearance of our self-storage facilities. The role involves carrying out maintenance tasks, inspections, and overseeing repairs, largely in outdoor settings.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong time-management, valid driver’s license, and ability to work independently. Responsibilities include inspections, repairs, and coordinating with contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Property maintenance experience in settings such as schools, apartments, self-storage, or commercial buildings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong time-management; able to plan routes, prioritize tasks, and close loops independently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills (mobile apps, work orders, photos).
• Clear, respectful communicator—partners well with call center, vendors, and teammates.
• Positive, self-starter mindset; learns new tasks and improves processes over time.
• Availability during core business hours and flexibility for urgent needs.
• Physical capability for frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, ladder work, and kneeling in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities
