Job summary

10 Federal, a leading self-storage company, is seeking a Property Operations Technician to ensure smooth operation and professional appearance of our facilities. You will drive between properties, perform inspections, and handle routine repairs in outdoor settings.

This role emphasizes self-reliance, time management, and coordination with contractors and call center staff to schedule customer needs. Prior property maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license are required; you will work in

• Experience in property maintenance in settings such as schools, apartments, self-storage, or commercial buildings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Strong time-management; able to plan routes, prioritize tasks, and close loops independently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills (mobile apps, work orders, photos).
• Clear, respectful communicator—partners well with call center, vendors, and teammates.
• Positive, self-starter mindset; learns new tasks and improves processes over time.
• Availability during core business hours and flexibility for urgent needs.
• Physical capability for frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, ladder work, and kneeling in outdoor conditions.

• Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
• Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs
