• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with OneSite or similar property management software required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• HUD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Inspect property and verify condition of vacant units.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property status reports and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Lead and develop the on-site property management team.
