Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (residential property management preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English

Responsibilities

• Lease and renewals processing, ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies
• Maintain occupancy levels and exhibit professional leasing techniques
• Advertise and market apartments; update online sources daily
• Develop positive resident relations and provide responsive customer service
• Maintain resident files and ensure confidentiality and reporting accuracy
