Thies & Talle Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee our Crookston apartment community. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and general administrative duties in a busy office environment.

The successful candidate will manage caretaking and turnover, require strong communication and customer service skills, be well organized and detail oriented, and able to multitask. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of college or technical school preferred.
• Must possess ability to multi-task in essential functions.
• Knowledge of computers and office equipment is necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Training and/or experience with subsidized housing is preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lease rental units and collect rent; authorize payments to run the site.
• Supervise site staff including leasing specialist, caretaker and maintenance staff.
• Respond to resident concerns and requests; enforce policies and Fair Housing laws.
• Coordinate with vendors for unit turnover and maintenance.
• Prepare reports such as traffic, availability and lease renewals; maintain timely filings.
• Ensure occupancy targets and property operations run smoothly and profitably.
