Real Property Management Express is seeking a part-time Property Manager for Overland Reserve in Rochester, MN. You will drive leasing, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and oversee daily operations at the property, ensuring safety and cleanliness while promoting company values.

You will manage rent collection, address delinquency timely, and participate in ongoing professional development. This role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and resident-first service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical savvy navigating multiple systems and browsers.
• Availability Monday-Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST).
• Passionate about Sales and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance by following up with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and converting leads into applications.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences as the primary contact for residents, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communication.
• Ensure operational excellence through regular inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection, delinquency management, and safety standards.
• Promote company values as a Cultural Champion, delivering fast, thoughtful, resident-focused service.
• Conduct market research on local rental trends to inform pricing and property improvements.
• Participate in required training and ongoing professional development.
