Job summary

Real Property Management Express is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support rapid occupancy across our Rapid City properties. You will drive leasing by following up with prospects, conducting tours, and converting leads into applications using our CRM.

You will ensure a smooth move-in process and maintain high resident satisfaction. You will also help with day-to-day property operations, coordinate with maintenance, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance by following up with prospects and conducting effective property tours.
• Manage leasing pipeline using the CRM and coordinate with other teams to maximize occupancy.
• Provide exceptional resident experiences and timely, empathetic communication.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance coordination, and cleanliness standards.
