Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of property management and/or assistant manager experience (multifamily strongly preferred).
• Proven experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently.
• Proficiency Onesite software required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas daily to ensure peak readiness and address appearance issues.
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness, safety and conditions of buildings, driveways, pools, landscaping and exterior features.
• Maintain market and neighborhood information to price competitively and support marketing programs.
• Ensure market-ready units and maintain a supply of available units in good condition.
• Approve lease paperwork, move-ins/outs/renewals, and perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed.
• Collect, record and deposit property income accurately and promptly.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff, with documentation and performance reviews.
• Approve invoices and manage accounts payable processes.
