Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals of the property and help meet them.
• Supervise on-site staff including cleaning, leasing, maintenance.
• Maintain strong resident relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Market the property through outreach and target markets.
• Oversee leasing of apartments and occupancy targets.
• Process applications and provide information to compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise rent collection and petty cash records.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions with the compliance team.
• Provide information to the Regional Supervisor.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and landscaping.
• Collaborate with Regional Supervisor on budgets.
