MMS Group seeks an experienced Part-Time Property Manager for a 40-unit affordable housing property in DeRidder, LA. You will oversee property operations, finances, and team development to ensure quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential multifamily property management or real estate management experience.
• Minimum two years of affordable housing experience.
• LIHTC Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Section 8, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Manage rent collection and resident accounts.
• Lead and develop site staff for high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets with leadership.
