Role Description

This part‑time on‑site Property Manager role is based in Oakland, CA. The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day property operations, including tenant communication, managing leases, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing operational budgets, updating property records, and working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
