Job summary

CRMG is seeking an Assistant Manager I for Brentwood Village in Medford, OR. You will support the Property Manager with leasing, tours, and resident services at an 88-unit community featuring a seasonal pool and pet stations.

Responsibilities include answering phones, marketing, screening applicants, collecting rents, and preparing agreements while maintaining property standards and compliance with laws. Part-time schedule with 24 hours weekly and health benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Entrata Property Management Software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS365: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with leasing and showing apartments.
• Answer phones, tour prospects, and handle inquiries.
• Process notices, collect rents, and maintain property records.
• Develop routine reports and prepare leasing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with landlord/tenant laws and safety policies.
