Cooper River Post Acute in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant who takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.

• Help maintain the building and grounds.
• Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
