Job summary

iHeartMedia Nashville is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support the promotions and marketing team for the Nashville stations (107.5 The River, The BIG 98, 105.9 The Rock, 101.1 The Beat and WLAC). The role requires a flexible schedule with weeknights and weekends, based on scheduled events.

You'll execute promotions, coordinate prizes, set up equipment, and engage attendees at events. Candidates should have Office/Photoshop skills, social media awareness, a clean driving record, and

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media platforms.
• Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotions such as remotes, events, van appearances and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
• Set up and break down audio equipment, tents, banners and staging elements.
• Activate promotional events with games and music.
• Interact with attendees and capture event moments via photos, video, audio and social media.
• Drive promotional vehicles.
