Job summary

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) is seeking a Project Manager, Social Prescribing, to support a pilot linking older adults to arts experiences and documenting health and wellbeing outcomes. The role requires coordinating timelines, registrations, referrals with healthcare partners, and collaborating with researchers, artists, and healthcare teams.

The position is based in New York, NY, with a rate of $45/hr for 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of project management experience; ability to track timelines and deliverables.
  • Experience within healthcare systems or community settings preferred.
  • Strong customer service and inter-personal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accessibility improvement suggestions.
  • Interest in aging and building relationships with older adults.
  • Knowledge of ADA/WCAG is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage registration system, tracking attendance and surveys.
  • Coordinate referrals with healthcare sites and report updates.
  • Contribute to and disseminate marketing materials.
  • Coordinate ticketing, teaching artists, room reservations and supplies.
  • Act as a link worker, assisting older adults in registration and attendance.
  • Support on-site events with a focus on creative aging.
  • Co-create and manage program offerings across resident arts organizations.
  • Plan and support focus groups with older adults.
  • Assist guests on arrival, provide accommodations and seating.
  • Represent Lincoln Center at community events and conduct outreach.
