Qualifications

• 1-2 years of project management experience, with demonstrated ability to track timelines and big-picture goals.
• Familiarization working within healthcare systems and community settings, ideally with arts programming.
• Strong customer service and inter-personal skills.
• Attention to detail, with ability to identify gaps in accessibility and suggest improvements.
• Passion for connecting individuals to arts experiences.
• Interest in building relationships, especially with older adults, highly valued.
• Professional and/or lived experience with disability strongly desired.
• Working knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG standards a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage registration system, tracking ticketing, attendance and surveys.
• Collaborate with healthcare sites to action referrals, track attendance and report updates.
• Contribute to and disseminate marketing materials.
• Coordinate purchase and payment for tickets, teaching artists, room reservations and supplies.
• Act as “link worker,” supporting older adults in registration, attendance planning and feedback on arts experiences.
• Support on-site events with a focus on creative aging.
• Co-create and manage programmatic offerings across resident arts organizations.
• Plan and support facilitation of focus groups with older adults.
• Assist guests upon arrival, distributing accommodations and supporting seating.
• Represent Lincoln Center at community events and conduct outreach to expand audiences.
• Support formal research by administering and collecting surveys, tracking missing data and compiling for analysis.
