Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests, teaching artists, healthcare partners and arts colleagues.
• 1-2 years of project management experience with ability to track timelines and goals.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and community settings, ideally with arts programming.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with capacity to identify accessibility gaps and suggest improvements.
• Passion for connecting individuals to arts experiences.
• Ability to build relationships, especially with older adults.
• Interest or experience in creative aging is strongly preferred.
• Professional or lived experience with disability is desired.
• Working knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities: Implement and manage registration, tracking, attendance and surveys; coordinate with healthcare sites; support marketing materials; manage tickets, artist payments and room reservations.
• Programming/Audience responsibilities: Act as link worker for older adults, assist on-site events, co-create program offerings across arts organizations, plan focus groups, assist guests with accommodations and seating, represent Lincoln Center at community events.
• Research responsibilities: Administer and collect surveys, track data, compile for analysis; document pilot results and recommend future expansions; connect with social prescribing projects nationally and internationally; collect guest feedback via focus groups and surveys.
