Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt.
• Professional attitude and proactive work approach.
• Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Construction, electrical or blueprint reading is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead Project Manager with project bidding and vendor coordination.
• Communicate with contractors regarding projects and materials.
• Organize, set up and schedule electrical jobs.
• Learn bidding software and read blueprints when possible.
• Identify materials and help procurement.
• Maintain organized job files and stay ahead on tasks.
• Take on other tasks as assigned.
