Job summary

City of Cleveland is seeking a Part Time Project Coordinator for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). The role focuses on planning and administering a targeted project, supervising staff as needed, and ensuring program compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Two years of equivalent education, training, and experience in program administration required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.
  • Valid State of Ohio Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, person-centered assistance to older adults and individuals with disabilities.
  • Conduct outreach to identify needs and determine eligibility or interest in ADRC services.
  • Perform home visits or in-office appointments to complete forms and connect clients to resources.
  • Maintain reporting databases and prepare financial and narrative reports.
