University of California, San Francisco is seeking a Part-time Project Analyst to support mentoring, administrative, and research programs within the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics. You will coordinate activities for NIH-funded mentoring and research programs, manage project plans, and prepare internal and external reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum 3+ years directly relevant experience.
• Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific software and other computer applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
• Analytical / problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
• Experience drafting program communications and reports.
• Ability to track and report on program milestones, metrics, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mentoring, administrative, and research programs for NIH-funded initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans and reporting templates.
• Organize meetings, events, and track program milestones.
• Create mentoring dashboards and event logistics frameworks to strengthen operations.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and trainees in an academic lab setting.
