Job summary

Sign Resource Management, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist (part-time, 30 hours/week) to manage daily financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, project billing, and job-cost accounting. The role supports cash flow analysis, profitability, and financial reporting for the Managing Partners.

The candidate will maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with outside accounting professionals. Notary in Texas may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or construction accounting.
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Construction project billing/job-costing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable and vendor management.
• Handle accounts receivable and project billing activities.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and categorize by project.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
