Job summary

Harvard University’s Harvard Mediation Program seeks a Program Manager to oversee budgeting, reimbursements, and grant income, and to coordinate court-connected mediations in Massachusetts. You will supervise staff, mentor students, and manage schedules and document systems.

The role includes supporting training weekends, coordinating volunteers, and liaising with court personnel. Hours are part-time with a flexible, Harvard-based environment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three+ years in administrative/program coordination.
• Mediator qualifications per MA rules if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, reimbursements, and grant income.
• Coordinate court-connected mediations and re-approval processes.
• Prepare statistical reports for court and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the master court schedule each semester.
• Manage document access, storage, and archives; update websites.
• Lead weekly student board and leadership meetings; mentor board members.
• Support training weekends, including logistics and coaching roles.
• Interview and oversee volunteer agreements; organize mentor meetings.
