Harvard University’s Harvard Mediation Program seeks a Program Manager to oversee budgeting, reimbursements, and grant income, and to coordinate court-connected mediations in Massachusetts. You will supervise staff, mentor students, and manage schedules and document systems.

The Harvard Mediation Program (HMP) is a student-run practice organization and clinical program under the umbrella of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program. HMP is devoted to the training of HLS students and community members and the provision of mediation services to the community.
The Program Manager works collaboratively and closely with the Student Board of Directors, encouraging students to assume responsibility and gain significant leadership experience. Advising and counseling students interested in HMP and those who are already participating in it.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program (HNMCP), the program manager also works collaboratively and closely with all HMP staff. This position has supervisory responsibility for the Case Coordinator and Program Assistant.
28 hours per week; Part-time, M-F.
