Flint Global Partners, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Program Facilitator to deliver engaging training and coaching to multiple participant groups.

The role leads weekly sessions focused on independent living skills, workplace readiness, and entrepreneurship, while creating a supportive learning environment. You will adapt instruction to meet learners’ needs, provide individualized feedback, track progress, and help participants gain confidence and skills for work, life, and future employment.

Competenze

• 2+ years teaching curriculum or programs in education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, or community engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with community partners, educational institutions, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack; Asana is a plus.
• Experience with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation preferred.

Mansioni

• Facilitate engaging weekly training sessions for 2–5 participant groups across the Nashville area, covering independent living skills, workplace readiness, and entrepreneurship.
• Coach participants in soft skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, professionalism, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the learning needs, experience levels, and goals of each group.
• Provide individualized encouragement, feedback, and accountability to help participants apply new skills in their daily lives, education, and employment.
• Track participant engagement and progress, identify areas for additional support, and communicate key updates to program leadership.
• Become an authorized facilitator of Flint Global’s curriculum.
• Coordinate all administrative aspects of assigned programs from launch through completion, including guest speakers and field trips.
• Maintain accurate program records, participant documentation, attendance, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor program milestones and ensure deadlines are met; assist in planning and execution of special events for U.S. Programs.
• Coordinate participant assessments, surveys, and program evaluations.
• Collect, organize, and maintain qualitative and quantitative data for reporting purposes.
• Monitor program outcomes and identify trends to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports summarizing participation, outcomes, and program performance.
• Collaborate with internal staff to ensure seamless program implementation.
• Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to leadership and contribute recommendations for program enhancements.
• Capture and curate participant photos, stories, and testimonials for use in program communications, reporting, social media, or stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison for other program facilitators (paid and volunteer).
