Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Program Director to lead a local LifeWise program, building strong partnerships with schools, churches and families while guiding fundraising and community support.

You will recruit and support volunteers, manage scheduling and enrollment, and ensure program safety and compliance. This role values relationship-building, clear communication and a heart for the mission in a ministry/nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising or community engagement is helpful.
• Ability to build relationships with schools, churches and families.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, donor communications and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members to run programs.
• Oversee enrollment, scheduling and basic program operations.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
