Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to help grow and sustain the LifeWise program in the local community. You will lead community relations, fundraising efforts, and team coordination to ensure smooth operations and meaningful biblical instruction for students.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with schools, churches and families, coordinating events and donor engagement while maintaining program integrity and compliance with school policies.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Proven ability to lead fundraising and donor communications.
• Experience recruiting, training and supporting volunteers or staff.
• Ability to manage program operations, budgeting and enrollment tasks.
• Knowledge of school policies and nonprofit compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead local fundraising and donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a welcoming culture.
