Job summary

Stella and Charles Guttman Community College seeks a part-time Program Coordinator for the Office of AccessABILITY Services. You will help manage the Neurodiversity Navigators Initiative, coordinating recruitment, outreach, and data collection to support students with disabilities.

Working evenings and coordinating with the PI/Director, you will monitor a caseload of 10+ students and assist in reporting and regulatory documents for the grant.

Qualifications

• High School or associate's degree.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit students who are interested in enhancing their cognitive and executive functioning.
• Assist with reporting and regulatory documents for the grant (Accommodate, satisfaction surveys, EAB).
• Facilitate recruitment, outreach, and networking activities with neurodiversity students within Guttman Community College.
• Organize enrichment opportunities that support academic and career independence for Neurodiversity Navigators students.
• Identify, plan, and assist in executing semesterly progress reports of students with disabilities.
• Other duties as assigned by PI/ Director of AccessABILITY Services.
