Job summary

Community Action Lehigh Valley in Bangor, PA is seeking a Part-Time Program Coordinator for Slate Belt Rising. You will keep the program moving smoothly and ensure deliverables land on time to build opportunity and voice in the Slate Belt community.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, tracking progress toward deliverables, engaging residents and stakeholders, and producing clear updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Public Administration, or related community development field)
• 2-3 years of related experience in community/economic development and planning preferred
• Coordinator/management experience preferred; empowerment model of service
• Strong organization, detail focus, and excellent written/oral communication
• Flexible, adaptable, creative problem-solver; proficient with Microsoft Office and computers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and timelines.
• Track progress toward deliverables.
• Partner with residents and local stakeholders to support civic engagement.
• Produce clear updates, reports and communications.
• Check calendars and align weekly plans to keep things moving smoothly.
