Responsibilities

• Answer program phoneline, handle inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Process referrals, schedule intake and assessment dates, notify teams, and document information.
• Maintain assessment and intake calendars and active waitlists.
• Manage ThomConnect and Access Database entries and close files when discharged.
• Update staff contact lists and assist with coverage requests for teams and groups.
