Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team players in Springfield, OH to help shape shopping experiences through product sampling. You will engage customers, introduce new products, and support in-store sales with a friendly, energetic approach.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. This role offers opportunities for growth, weekend shifts, and a benefits-supported workplace. Be ready to lift up to 50 lbs and work across 2–3 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for several hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
