Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time retail associate in San Diego, CA. You will drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling and introducing them to new products.

No prior experience is required, as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Expect 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with additional hours possible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary plans, wellness programs, and Associate Perks discounts.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
