Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Columbia, SC is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling, connecting shoppers with new products and experiences that enrich their lives. You’ll work 2–3 shifts per week (including weekends), with training provided and opportunities for growth.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and demonstrate friendly, proactive customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
