Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Texas is seeking an energetic retail teammate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This role connects shoppers with new products and supports brand presence at the point of sale.

The ideal candidate is 18+, able to work 2-3 shifts weekly including weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods. Training and team support are provided; benefits and customizable medical/dental plans are available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
