Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time retail associate in Utah to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect with shoppers, introduce them to new products, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided. Flexible 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with opportunities for further hours and benefits options.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking and cleaning work area/equipment.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain safety-first mentality in retail.
