Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time promotional assistant in Gardner, KS to engage customers during in-store food and beverage sampling and help drive sales. You will connect shoppers with products, demonstrate samples, and deliver friendly service.

The role supports a dynamic retail environment with training provided, and offers growth opportunities alongside benefits for the team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing manner when interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to 6 hours.
• Ability to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
