Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks a friendly retail associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time role requires 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with benefits options available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic way
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
